Add a row for each child travelling, with their age. Child pricing (below) applies per child. Tick Free of cost for a child who travels at no charge (for example an infant) - they still count as a traveller and must be placed in a room, but nothing is added to the price. Children aged 5 or under are ticked automatically; you can untick any of them.

Add every place visited on this trip, in order, with the number of nights spent at each. The total nights across all destinations cannot exceed the trip's total nights.

Optional. Add one card per flight. Choose Round Trip and the return leg is picked up automatically as the reverse of the onward route - just add the return date and details. Choose Multi City to add as many sectors as you need, each with its own From / To. For Round Trip and Multi City the fare per person covers the whole journey (not per leg), and fare × tickets for every flight is added to the total cost, on top of the package price.

Airline: click the Airline box and search your Airlines list by name or IATA code, then pick one — the flight number is pre-filled with the airline's code (e.g. 6E-) so you only add the number. An airline that isn't in the list can still be typed in by hand.

Add each hotel stay in order, assigned to the destination it belongs to. There can be multiple hotels for the same destination. Each hotel's check-in date must equal the previous hotel's check-out date, and the checkout date of the last hotel must equal the return date. Picking a destination auto-fills the check-in/check-out dates based on that destination's number of nights — adjust them afterwards if you need to split a destination across multiple hotels. Set "Number of Rooms" for a hotel and that many room entries will appear below it — enter each room's category by hand (since matching rooms of the same category aren't always available) along with how many adults and children are staying in that specific room.

Day numbers cannot exceed the total trip length (travel date to return date, inclusive). Meal checkboxes are ticked automatically based on the meal plan of whichever hotel covers that day (e.g. CP auto-ticks Breakfast only) — untick or tick any of them by hand for a specific day if it should differ, such as adding Lunch or Dinner separately.
