Add a row for each child travelling, with their age. Child pricing (below) applies per child.

Add every place visited on this trip, in order, with the number of nights spent at each. The total nights across all destinations cannot exceed the trip's total nights.

Add one row per flight leg (e.g. onward and return, or each connecting flight). This section is optional - leave it empty if flights aren't part of this quote. The fare per person × number of tickets for every flight added here is included in the total cost, on top of the package price.

Add each hotel stay in order, assigned to the destination it belongs to. There can be multiple hotels for the same destination. Each hotel's check-in date must equal the previous hotel's check-out date, and the checkout date of the last hotel must equal the return date. Picking a destination auto-fills the check-in/check-out dates based on that destination's number of nights — adjust them afterwards if you need to split a destination across multiple hotels. Set "Number of Rooms" for a hotel and that many room entries will appear below it — enter each room's category by hand (since matching rooms of the same category aren't always available) along with how many adults and children are staying in that specific room.

Day numbers cannot exceed the total trip length (travel date to return date, inclusive). Meal checkboxes are ticked automatically based on the meal plan of whichever hotel covers that day (e.g. CP auto-ticks Breakfast only) — untick or tick any of them by hand for a specific day if it should differ, such as adding Lunch or Dinner separately.
